Why Choose Evergrow Dental for Your Cosmetic Dentistry Needs

Perfecting patients’ smiles is a specialty of Dr. Klingensmith’s. She loves seeing patients flashing beautiful and improved smiles with renewed confidence. To get the process started, she prepares a work plan for cosmetic treatment, helping patients attain their most appealing smile. She likes them to know exactly where the start and finish lines are. She begins with a smile mockup, then once a treatment plan is agreed upon with the patient, makes a temporary model. She often taps into layers of treatments like whitening to diminish years-old stains and brighten the teeth by several shades or veneers to achieve a picture-perfect end result of symmetry.

Bonding

Virtually undetectable, the materials used in bonding today can bring a chipped or broken tooth back to its original appearance. She matches the composite exactly to the color and shape of the other teeth. Another benefit of the new materials is that they can change color, so if a patient chooses to whiten their teeth at a later time, the bonded tooth will respond similarly.

Veneers

These overlays can create the appearance of a perfect smile. Maintenance-free, custom-created shells are affixed over existing teeth and if they are well cared for, can last a very long time.

Dental Implants Restorations

Dental implants can restore the look, feel and function of your smile and bite. This procedure has come a long way over the last decade. First a surgeon makes the pocket and places a titanium implant post that fuses with the jawbone over time. Dr. Klingensmith then attaches the crown to the post after it heals.

Digital Smile Design

A picture is worth a thousand words, believes Dr. Klingensmith. That’s why she invested in the software to create an exact mock-up of what a patient’s smile can look like after specific dental procedures.

Clear Aligners

For teens and adults looking to perfect their smile without looking like they’re wearing metal braces, clear aligners provide a nearly invisible method in less time and fewer dentist visits than traditional braces.

Clear Aligner Process

  • First Dr. Klingensmith takes x-rays and digital impressions of the teeth using her 3D scanner.
  • She creates a model of what your smile will look like after treatment.
  • A timeline and treatment plan is created.
  • Dr. Klingensmith sends the plan to the lab to make the custom aligners. After patients receive them and learn how to care for them, they wear them for at least 22 hours a day.
  • She oversees the treatment during regular check-ups.

Difference Between Clear Aligners and Conventional Braces

Comfortable, removable and practically invisible, clear aligners usually take less time in treatment than traditional braces. Since patients can take them out for brushing and flossing, they also provide a path to straighter teeth while maintaining better oral hygiene. Clear aligners also require fewer visits with the dentist during treatment.
